From Vineyards Planted on clay and limestone around the village of Saint Sadurni d’Anoia. This a classic blend of 50% Xarello, 40% Macabeo and 10% Parellada. It is age 18 months sur lie and develop subtle hints of flor, as if it were a bubbly interpretation of fino. It has a very delicate refreshing mouth feel. The palate has a creamy texture a rich sparkler to enjoy with New England clam chowder and fried chicken.
