Bernard Gaucher-Brut Réserve
The Gaucher Vineyards are located in Arconville, a small village in the south of the Champagne region just outside of Epernay. This is truly a grower Champagne with a long lineage in the region of producing traditional wines. A harmonious blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay made up thus cuvée. The wine is aged sur lie for two years. The wine is very delicate and quite elegant. The richness comes from the reserve wines which is round and very seductive and combines character and maturity. The palate has a very assertive freshness and finesse along with structure that is complex and full. This modern classic is powerful and gentle to the senses. #les-sommeliers
